Hi the last month I have stopped bf my 18 month old son in the day and bedtime now but I still have full boobs and very sore but there aren’t seeming to dry up . Is there anything I can take to help them dry up quicker

Have you tried cabbage leaves in your bra? It sounds really weird but it really helped me when my son stopped breastfeeding. Also if you use cold cabbage from the fridge it was really soothing. Cheap and it works although I did smell a bit strange for a while😂

I would hand express just a touch to take the pressure/edge off but not so much that it ‘re-fills’ you don’t want it to be enough for you body to tho k it needs replacing. Otherwise it’s just time, it seems like a long time though mine were better in a week and back to normal in 2.
