Health visitor noticed my baby has mucus in her poo! Says could be cmpa and put her on nutrimagen??

baby has never been fussy with feeds(previously on aptimal) and never vomits and is almost 15 pounds at 15 weeks old

but now is screaming in hunger because she will not drink that nutrimagen

personally I don’t think she has cmpa just a little reflux but normal range, is also almost cutting two teeth! Baby 16 weeks old

OPINIONS???

Doesn't sound like cmpa if she's usually happy and content. Poos sometimes are a bit mucusy. Just feed her poor thing.

yes I will be switching her back to aptimal !
if the mucus continues or gets worse (blood in it) I will ring the doc but it’s not every poo that she passes has mucus in it only the odd one a day

just happened to be there when the health visitor was weighing her and took her nappy off and seen it

DD was a CMPA baby and it was obvious from about 1 week in. Constantly vomiting, pulling her legs up in pain, green and yellow mucus in every single nappy. Slow to gain weight.

The mucus could be caused by a cold on its way as babies swallow their snot/mucus and she might need some gavisvon or similar to add to her Aptamil? Personally I’d get a second opinion before giving her dairy free milk. X

I have a daughter with multiple food allergies and honestly couldn't tell the difference between her allergy and teething poos both were equally hideous!
