5 year old DD had full body hives yesterday, arms, legs, torso, back. It went away with benadryl. Today she has these weird circles on her arms and legs. Waiting for a call back to try figure it out, but if any internet sleuths have seen similar, I'm all ears. She's had the chickenpox vaccine. I'm worried it could be HFM, but theres nothing on the soles of her feet/hands/in her mouth. She doesn't have a fever, still has an appetite, and has good energy. She is very itchy. I'm baffled.

Looks a bit like ringworm but you wouldn't normally get it everywhere! The marks are too big for HFM... Mysterious

Looks fungal

Erythema multi forme. It’s a reaction to something.
How is she generally? Temperature? Energy? Eating?
If she’s ok, it’s self generally limiting

It’s not HFM, that rash is more like chicken pox spots. Could be an allergic reaction? I look similar when I have penicillin.
