Today I've become the proud mother of an 8 year old!

Yes, have to share this, my "baby" is 8 today. She has been so exciting about turning 8 as she sees it as "quite old"! We had a party for her friends last weekend and tonight we're having a special family birthday tea - after she has played football against a rival school (she's getting a go in the team for the first time). I'm off to watch the match soon.

Happy 8th baby Cam

Oh, I longed and LONGED to be eight when I was seven, there was something so glamorously grownup about it!

Hope she scores!

Happy Birthday to your gorgeous baby, Cam.

Happy birthday to your 8yo! My dd is also 8 - it's a cute age.

Thanks for all the lovely messages, her team lost the football match but dd played well (never thought I'd have to watch football with a girl).
