French Speakers, could you help me please with peanut allergy phrases?

I need to make a card to explain about ds's peanut allergy.
I'd like it to read something along the lines of...

My son has a serious peanut allergy. It would be very dangerous for him to eat food that contains peanuts or that has been prepared close to peanuts.

Please could you advise me whether this is safe for him to eat.

The grammar and phrasing might need work from a Francopone Mner...
Mon fils est fortement allergique a l'arachide. Il risque un choc anaphylactique mortel s'il avale des aliments contenant des cacahuetes ou de l'huile d'arachide, ou meme des plats prepares dans un environnement ou l'on s'est servi des produits arachides.
Pouvez-vous nous conseiller sur lesquels des plats sur le menu sont bons a manger pour le petit SVP?

Mon fils fait une allergie très grave à l'arachide et aux cacahuètes. Il risque un choc anaphylactique, potentiellement mortel, s'il consomme des aliments contenant ces produits ou ayant été en contact avec eux.
Merci de bien vouloir m'indiquer s'il peut manger ce produit sans risque.

2nd sentence:
Est-ce que vous préparez des produits ici contenant de l'arachide ou des cacahuètes ?

No, it means I've been living in France too long and complicate things when they could be kept simple.
