Baby rash

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone knows what this rash could be. my baby is 9 weeks on Wednesday and she’s woke up this morning with a rash on her stomach she was bathed lastnight and we never noticed any rash so it’s definitely just came on over night.
she doesn’t seem poorly in herself but I know babies can decline quickly if something is wrong which is freaking me out.
she had a rash on her face 2 weeks ago which I mentioned to the health visitor and she said it was just a hormonal rash but this looks different to that rash.
I haven’t noticed it anywhere else on her body but when I was changing her nappy I did noticed a few little raised spots but unsure if that’s just nappy rash.
im wanting to go get her checked at the GP but I always feel so stupid when nothings wrong. Probably a good time to say I’ve got major health anxiety so I overthink everything and due to this she’s already been to the doctors multiple times 😂I have tried the glass test and I do think they are fading but I genuinely don’t know what I’m looking for when doing it 😂

I know this isn't very helpful, but sometimes babies just get rashes! Their bodies have a lot to get used to on the outside world. If she's ok in herself then I'd just give her an oat(or breast milk ?) bath this evening and see how she is tomorrow.

Looks like a heat rash to me but I would get it checked out. Unexplained sudden rash on a baby is definitely worthy of a GP visit.

My DCs sometimes get a viral rash which disappears after a couple of days. But agree with PP that an unexplained rash at 9 weeks I would also go and get it checked out by a GP.

In my opinion it looks like a heat rash.

I also think it just looks like heat rash or a reaction to washing powder maybe - if you can’t get a GP appointment or if you want reassurance before the appointment, can you pop in and see a pharmacist? The one near us is great.
