My 20month old has had a red mark on one cheek for about 4/5 days. I thought it was teething but it's still there just a bit lighter. I also have extreme exhaustion and a slight cold and muscle aches , feel my glands are slightly up - but neither of us have a rash? I don't even have red cheeks ( I have rosacea so hard to tell!)
