The mum club events

Hi, has anyone attended one of the Mum club brunches? I'm interested but just wanted to check if its usually attended by newbies and not just groups of friends/nct.
It's £30 so quite a bit of money to spend if I'm just going to be ignored. x

I’ve never been but do you have any mum fitness classes or free classes at children’s centres you can go to? It seems a lot for a one off. I find friendships take a bit longer to form even if you do hit it off with someone.

I went to one but it was 6 years ago. I knew someone there otherwise I wouldn’t have gone. It was very middle class, cliquey, instagram/influencers vibe and I didn’t speak to anyone other than the nct mum I knew. One of the founders was there and she immediately took my baby so I could eat which I thought was lovely. You’ll fit in and chat to people if you fit their vibe I think! I definitely didn’t🤣
