What are these spots?

Hi everyone. Does anyone have any idea what these spots could be on my sons elbow? I've never seen spots like that before, I am taking him the doctors tomorrow but I can't stop thinking about what they are. Does anyone have any ideas?

Looks like molluscum, can be difficult to get rid of. One of mine had it at the top of her leg and the dermatologist recommended smothering with hydromol ointment twice a day to starve them and it worked but took a few months to go. It’s contagious so you need to be careful what he’s touching and rubbing off.
