Mesh or jersey baby carrier?

I like the Baby Bjorn Harmony carrier, but cant decide on whether to have the mesh or jersey fabric. I had the mini in the mesh which worked well as it's been really warm. But my baby is getting a bit too big and I'd like more back support. I'll be using it for a mixture of being outdoors and in and out of shops. Can anyone recommend which fabric might be best suited?

Thank you @Roothewheel would mesh be too cool for Winter, even in and out of shops? I actually prefer the jersey but I wonder if practically it may get too warm? I'd have both, but at nearly £200 each, it's quite pricey! If necessary though I can make it work.
