Birthday and Christmas - second child

Bit of a rogue one

I’m on mat leave and I’m trying to spread the cost of December (I have 4 niece/nephew birthdays, a brother and a SIL over the last 2 weeks of December on top of Christmas 🥲) so please forgive me starting my shopping early

my baby girl is my second, my first is a little boy.
she is 1 Jan 8th, so close to Christmas. I feel like we have so many hand me downs already - what on earth can I or family get her for Christmas and birthday, other than a doll?

any help, ideas or advice welcomed! I know she doesn’t need much but I want it to still be thoughtful and special

My dd liked the happyland fairies. She wasn’t bothered by the town. Can always have some new books. As they get older it gets easier as they both want the same things at the same time and there’s always craft kits

How about something for the garden? Sandpit/slide/playhouse- might not be the weather for it in January but nice to have it to look forward to and at 1 she won’t know anyway!!

@Beautifulsunflowers this is where I throw a stick in the mud - my son is an end of June baby so has a lot of summer garden toys 🙃 but a Wendy house is adorable and a really good idea, so I’ll definitely be putting it on the list, thank you!!
