Teething, it's killing me

DS is 11 months. The teething is honestly finishing me. He does NOT take it well and he is so so sensitive. He got 7 teeth in quick succession between 6 and 8 months and it was an absolutely horrible time. Nothing until a week ago when tooth no.8 started peaking through. It's been a WEEK of misery and waking every 60-90 minutes. I even took him to the doctor to make sure it's not something else. Yes, I give calpol and nurofen. It does help a bit.

Anyone else with such a horrible teething experience? Any tips? I might die of sleep deprivation right now.

Yip, my baby just turned 11 months. He got 4 teeth in one go last week, it was horrendous and my nipples are used to bite!!
No tips, I’m using calpol and ibuprofen too. Lots of cold cucumber and teething toys.
on another point, I thought it was something as well as teething too, I thought he might have been reacting to my diet through breastmilk (he already has CMPA). I cut down coffee (I know I should be only having decaff but with being so tired I couldn’t!!) and coincidentally he has been sleeping through since so I dunno 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've tried cutting down coffee at various points, it makes no difference 🙃 I only breastfeed morning and evening (and night now!!) anyway. He also has CMPA but we are very careful with his diet, he hasn't ingested anything. He basically only eats food made by me, there's no accidents for sure.

No tips but just wanted to say I hope it finishes sooner rather than later! My boy was in so much pain with his molars and canines, these were the ones that bothered him the most and it was just constant with the bonjela throughout the night. He has a single bed in his bedroom so when he was really suffering I used to drag his cot next to the bed and sleep there in the nights so I could hold his little hand through the bars when he cried which seemed to calm him down and help him sleep. It’s so awful for them, he’s 20 months now and it looks like all his are through so there is light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully if your little one is getting them through in quick succession it might be all done sooner rather than later!

Thank you! Was looking fo reassurance that I'm not the only one losing my mind. I said to DH I can't have another child based on this.

Newborn - slept upright on my chest until 8 weeks. Reflux, colic, so much crying. FML. I coped. Lots of random napping and being a slob at home.

But working full time with a teething baby has defeated me as a parent. I can't function.

My son had it this bad. Weeks of misery! Have you tried anbesol? It has local anaesthetic in it and can be used over 5 months. We found it to really help.
