Not sure if this is the right place to post on this, but need some advice on car seats. Does anyone know a good website where I can find out reviews on different car seats, or do any of your know which is supposed to be a good stage 2 car seat? Ds is nearly 10 months and is still in his maxi cosi which he has always hated, I want to move him to a forward facing one.
Thanks

Does your car have isofix ?

TBH, unless your DS's ears are in line, or higher than the back of his seat, he really should still be in a rear facing seat. It is much the safest place to be.

Which do independant tests of car seats - the latest test came out yesterday and I posted the results in Products. If you search, you'll be able to find their 2007 test results too.

Is he heavy enough to switch ? Maxi Cosi -Priori and Tobi - and Britax Duo are tried and tested ones which fit most cars

How heavy is he? and is his head out of the top of the seat? Whatever you do, make sure it gets tested in your car before being fitted just to make sure it is suitable for your car.
