Has anyone ever used Kendamil goat formula, if so did you transition onto the follow on milk or just used the stage one?.

You can use either. There's a tiny bit more iron in the follow on but just use whichever is available.

Just to add that more iron isn’t necessarily a good thing though.

Why’s that?

The form that it’s in is a bit hard to digest and a lot of iron can actually act as an appetite suppressant.
