TOMEE TIPEE GO PREP HOT SHOT METHOD

I’m using the tomee tipee go prep flasks for feeds when out and about using the hot shot method. Does this mean I don’t need to sterilise the cooling flask after every feed and could use it for multiple feeds during the day as not putting any formula into it ?!! Also do you have to leave the cooling flask for over 3 hours before using again sometimes my baby can’t last 3 hours before feeding again ?!

also for the tomee tipee milk powder dispensers do you sterilise these too?? Thanks

I don't use the hotshot method, and I use the Nuby rapidcool which also has a 3-hour reset time but just FYI that I use the flask every time (regardless of whether it's been 3 hours or not) and it still cools the milk down. I think it's just the thermometer display that takes 3 hours to reset rather than the actual material in the flask.
