<shudder> BOYS! Flameboy won't stop FIDDLING!

He keeps shoving his hand in his nappy to fiddle. We're half heartedly potty training - neither of us are all that enthusiastic he doesn't want to be in nappies, but he doesn't want to stop what he's doing to go and wee

Have put him in pants for easier fiddling now

His hands smell and he keeps weeing mid fiddle.

Help me!!!

I feel your pain. DS is spending all in house time sans nappy and trousers as that way he uses the potty completely reliably (but not with anything on), and what he does with his foreskin has to be seen to be believed.

Am hoping that by ignoring it, the novelty value will wear off soon....

Nappyzoneneedsanewname · 27/05/2008 21:49

lol - my ds seems to have started making a grab for his tackle at nappy changes - he has a nasty thrush rash all over his bits at the moment and today as i have applied his cream to it he has giggled - from what i gather the novelty never wear off !

NotQuiteCockney · 27/05/2008 21:52

Oh god, I had to toilet train DS1 early because of this sort of fiddling. He was always getting his willy out, and then peeing all over himself.

Flamesparro · 27/05/2008 21:57

lol - you people aren't giving me hope for a quick fix

gaffer tape his hands to his jumper......

gemmummy · 27/05/2008 21:59

my ds (9m) also fascinated! and so begins the males lifelong obsession with his willy.

Pants are helping a bit here. Was v bad while he was going comando ( pants made him wet him self for 1st 5-6 weeks of nappy free.) Long shorts also help- this boy tends to go in from below.
