Wrong vitamin drops

I already feel like the worst parent so please be kind.

I have a 5 month old and was just reading a parenting book. It said from 6 months you can give A, C & D vitamin supplement. But we were given that at birth from the health visit to give to our baby and have been giving it since. I’ve read we should have only been doing D. The bottle doesn’t mention age it just says the dose of 5 drops.

I’ll book a doctors appointment in the morning but I’m so upset. How could I not have double checked everything and will this have harmed my baby?

Hi, is it the healthy start NHS vitamins you have been giving baby? They are totally safe and can be given from birth, no harm to baby.
This is what google search says:
Healthy Start vitamin drops for children contain Vitamins A, C, and D because these vitamins are essential for a child's growth and development, and a supplement helps ensure they receive adequate amounts. Specifically, Vitamin A is important for vision, healthy skin, and the immune system, Vitamin C helps maintain healthy tissues, and Vitamin D is crucial for strong bones and teeth
