Looks like Molluscum contagiosum, not an urgent thing usually. Have they come up quickly as usually it takes a while to multiply like that.

Oh, whoops. I didn't realise another post had been made. This is my ds, he's okay. Went back to MIU today, they confirmed he had a skin infection. He basically grazed his knee ten days ago, they confirmed something was in it Monday, dressed and we went back thursday where they'd confirm it had gone, then these spots appeared over 48hrs. Hes all good, on antibiotics and on the mend :)
