Weird nappy rash ?

Babies bottom crack (sorry lol) has this weird dry bumpy rash, thinking it might be a sweat rash that’s dried up?? Any idea ? Never seen it’s like this before, normal nappy rash is just red

That looks sore. Could be thrush. I think you should get it checked out.

years ago my little one had nappy rash caused by yeast, I think a characteristic is that it goes in the creases whereas normal nappy rash usually doesn’t. It was cleared up by using a small amount of caneston with his normal nappy cream.

Is this thrush cream ?

It’s probably about a year old though now ! Will that be okay ?

Is it the same ingredient as caneston? I know that caneston is fine to use.

Not sure about expiry dates though! I would double check.
