Which Car seat?

Looking for a car seat for the next stage for my son following his infant seat so from 1 year old.
Departing between the Graco turn2me or the Graco slimfit. Both have advantages and departing which is more important!
Turn2me has the 360 feature which would be helpful getting him I and our!
Slimfit says lasts until 12 will it realistically be big enough to last this long?
Is one much bigger in terms of space in the car pushing against the back of the front seats? Is one safer?
Thanks for any help!

We have a Maxi Cosi pearl 360, I don’t know how it would be possible to get a toddler into a carseat without the 360 turning!! Based on that alone id go with the turn2me or another brand with similar features.

The 360 is much better for an everyday seat than the Slimfit IMO. The Slimfit can only be used on the most reclined setting which is annoying, and the seatbelt is in the way to get the child in and out. Arguably a more upright position is safer so the 360 wins in that regard as well.

The Turn2Me i-size is on offer at Boots for a good price at the moment.

It's usually a false economy to get a seat which has a booster mode bundled into it - you can get a decent HBB seat later on for about £50 and it will be brand new and not all bashed up from being used by a toddler for 3-4 years.

If the budget is not fixed you might also want to look at the older Axkid Minikid 2 which is on offer for just over £200 - that allows rear facing for longer, is a very safe seat and doesn't take up as much space.

But at the price point of the two Graco seats, definitely go for Turn2Me.
