Hi all,
My 9 month old has now started to stop sleeping through the night. The night routine goes bath, nappy and bottle. She feeds to sleep even with her naps. Any tips? Suggestions? All would be extremely grateful.

Hi OP! My DD3 is 15 months and still not sleeping through. I think it's because I feed to sleep that she doesn't... with my other 2, as soon as I stopped feeding to sleep and they learned to self sooth to sleep at the start of the night, the sleeping through suddenly happened. With DD1 this was at 12 months and DS2 this was 16 months....

sorry this isn't very helpful. Really, I guess I'm just saying you're not on your own! How many times a night is your LO waking up?

Twice a night (doesn't seem like much) but it then takes over an hour to get her back to sleep and then she's up and wanting to start the day about 6. Lately it's been a little worse as she's had an upset tummy so it's a full bed and clothes change. How many times does yours wake? Hopefully it gets better.

Mine's up around 3 times a night at the minute! Then every now and again, I have one wake up. It's tough when it takes a while to resettle though, I think that's worse than the number of get ups actually. Mine isn't too bad with that unless she's poorly. It does get better! Hang on in there. Hope your LO is feeling better soon. Think of everything as a phase... just as you think it'll never end, it changes xxx

At nine months I used to do munchkin cup of milk whilst fully clothed and I ran the bath, then bath and bed.
I had twins on the way so wanted to get rid of bottle for 9mo asap.
twins also then did same
