Vomiting after vaccinations

Hi, my daughter had her preschool vaccinations today (the 3 year 4 month ones) and tonight she has started throwing up.
i assume it’s a bug more than a reaction to the jabs but I’m concerned it might make the jabs less effective?
im guessing it doesn’t though, does anyone know?

It’s not a side effect I’ve heard of, and the vaccines are given into the muscle of her arms so no they won’t be less effective. It’s likely just a coincidence, a bug that’s been brewing, hopefully she’s ok and on the mend soon

I don’t think vomiting affects the vaccines. Ask GP anyway x

Yes, planning to ask tomorrow, in the meantime I just wondered if anyone had experienced it or knew anything about it 😊

Anything that causes a temperature can cause vomiting. Sorry your LO is ill. It could be either than vaccines or a coincidental bug. Don't worry about it making the vaccines less effective. Hope your DD is better soon.
