Are star wraps warm enough for winter newborn?

Expecting 2nd baby late November and trying to get my head around baby winter gear (my first was born in a heatwave). I liked star wraps with my first but only used it in Autumn (we moved onto a warm footmuff for winter when she went into the pram seat) and not sure it will be warm enough for a winter newborn?

Should I also get a pramsuit? Never used these with my first as found them quite faffy and inconvenient when going indoors while they were sleeping. Has anyone used a pram sleeping bag for the pram bassinet? These seem common in places like Scandinavia but never seen anyone use one in the UK.

I used a star wrap for unexpected cold weather in autumn but through the winter I had a pram suit - one with integrated feet. The fleece star was great when we had the baby inside the carrier as then they are sharing your body heat and don't need so many extra layers.
