What is this mark? Picture included

DD 2 has this mark on her lower leg, we cant work out what it is or where it came from. Anyone any ideas? She was wearing trousers all weekend

Was her leg resting on her pushchair? Could be a sort of friction burn especially if it was warm over the weekend.
