Rash/spots only on babies head and face

My 4 week old has this rash/spots that’s only on her face and head and I’m not really sure what it is and if I should ask GP about it. Breastfeeding also. Does anyone recognise it or know what it could be? TIA

Could be baby acne? If you are in any way concerned take her to the Dr.

Another vote for baby acne (harmless, will clear up in a few weeks). This was DD around 6wk, for reference.
