Does anyone know what this rash could be

Hey hoping someone can help me. My son woke uo this morning covered in this rash from head to toe all over. He did have whoke milk yesterday in his breakfast for the first time (however has been on aptamil since birth and he’s just turned 1). We also gave him cheese strings to try this week. So unsure if it could be an allergy to either of those? His cheeks are blazinv (but his teeth are also going mad.. poor wee man) I will obviously contact GP in the morning if it gets worse.. just looking here to see if anyone recognises this kind of rash. The pic doesn’t do it justice. It’s much more noticeable but thats the best photo I can get 🙏(pic in comments)

I'm wondering if it could be prickly heat?

Have you tried gently cooking him and washing it? Put him in loose clothes.
It could be allergic and you are right to consider a GP visit, but I'd see if the home care above helps as the weather has been so hot and sticky the last couple of days.

Maybe slapped cheek?
@PerspicaciaTick , I'm not sure cooking will help him 😆

Oops - a little extreme 😂

Yes I’d rather not cook him😂 however he is cooking himself. Temp 38.7. Will get him into the GP as soon as I can. Poor wee thing is covered ☹️
