Witch Hour (2-3 hours)

My daughter is 3 weeks old and she has the "Witching hour" every night from about 9.30 - 11.30pm. She is amazing in the say and during the night but during this witch hour time, she keeps crying, unsettled and does not want to feed, other than a few minutes here and there. I am tried giving her a bath, shower with her dad, took her for a walk, singing and white noise. Can you anyone suggest what i can do to help her settle?

Mine was the same. I must have walked miles and miles with him singing and reciting poetry (he liked the rhythm). He grew out of it by 12 weeks.

Lots of skin to skin. Mine would only settle in tiger hold- we walked for hours like that around and around. And low stimulation, no noisy tv/ bright lights. But he liked hearing people talking.
