How do people cope co-parenting with someone you absolutely despise?!

Love your kids more than you hate your ex. If you put them at the heart of every decision you can’t go wrong. And grey rock ( or as my friend says, Madagascar penguins - just smile and
wave!)

I try my very best to do so :-). He disappears here, there & everywhere with whatever woman he is currently with. Breaks my heart for them :-(
