DD has never had nappy rash before, but shje has pin prick red spots all over her bits and it has started spreading up her belly. I haven't done anything different than usual.
We have started weaning her and we have had a couple more poo's than we normally do.
We use little lamb nappies and I am washing them the same. I put fullers earth cream on her and wash her with water and cotton wool when I change her.
She is still BF and I have had a bit of ductal thrush (well a lot and for a while) but she has never had a nappy rash from the thrush before.
I have been giving her lots of nappy off time.
Does it sound like a fungal rash?
