Green tint spit up

Has anyone come across this before?
My baby is 3 months old, primarily formula fed now.
Earlier, we did some tummy time at a sensory group, and not long after, she spat up a bit of curdled milk. While this isn’t necessarily uncommon, I’m sure it had a bit of a green tint to it.
My baby seems well otherwise, aside from struggling with the heat it seems.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I wouldn't be worried about that. If it happens a lot, or is projectile, or she's not well in herself then I'd get her checked but otherwise I wouldn't be worried.

Spit up or actual vomit? The latter can be a sign of bowel obstruction which requires immediate medical attention.

I would say more spit up…?
just sat her up right following tummy time, and the curdled milk dribbled down onto Muslin.
