Swimming aids

Hi I’m about to go on holiday with my 18 month old just need to get swimmings aids, I’ve been reading online about costumes with integrated floats and swimming vests which one is better and more safe for my child? We have a float for her to sit in also im thinking if she ever is out of it. Thanks

My daughter went onto a backpack float at 18m with her swimming lessons. However, in your situation I'd probably do a vest like you suggested, just make sure whichever one you pick has a crotch strap so there's no chance they'll slip out of it

Don’t bother with the float to sit in. They seem like a good idea until you see one flip upside down.
