My son turned one last week he has 3 formula bottles a day according to nhs he should be on cows milk and a sippy cup now. I have tried sippy cups and he is funny with them im worried that he wont take the cows milk even from the bottle reason he still has 3/4 bottles a day is because he is fussy with food he wont eat egg or cheese he eat yogurt at one point i had to mix yogurt with his savory food just to get him to eat the savory , he has a bottle formula at 6 food then a bottle formula for bed i really dont want him to go to bed hungry because he refuses the cows milk

It's not law that they can't have a bottle at 1. My 2.5 year old still has a bottle at bedtime because he won't drink milk out of anything else. Mine was the same with eating, wouldn't eat cheese, eggs or yoghurt so I wasn't going to take away that source of nutrition for anything. If you need to gove him a bottle for his milk then do that, don't let people make you feel guilty. You're doing what's right for your little one and that's all that matters

I just changed one bottle a day, waited till baby was happy/used to it, then the next, then the next. We have just done day 3 of bed time cup rather than bottle. We're using a 360 cup to avoid milk going everywhere.

Work on day time first, small amounts and gradually increase. Night time I’d change when works for you.
