Stokke Tripp trapp or something else?

My youngest is 18 months and has refused the high chair for a month or so now, and has been sitting on a cushion on a chair at the table with us. Obviously it’s not ideal so I’ve been looking at used stokke Tripp trapps. They look ideal what with the leg support but still quite expensive for something he may well refuse.

Antone else found anything good for younger babies? He’s 99th centile and weighs about 13kg with some boosters I looked at going to max 15kg so that’s also a problem.

Baby Dan, hauck and various others do very similar.

IKEA do a great set of junior chairs. I had this for my 2. They weren’t in a high chair after 18m either. They still use them ages 8!

Check out this INGOLF from IKEA.

Get the Tripp trapp. I’ve got 3 😂

My DD4 still uses hers (obviously on lower setting without baby parts) and my twin 1 year olds use theirs. They are so well made that they are genuinely the only chairs in my house that my 150kg FiL can sit on without breaking.

Buy one second hand - they hold their value really so you can sell on after.
