3yo not holding wee in?

DS is nearly 3.5. Potty trained for about 6 months? Hes had accidents on and off but he moved up to preschool and was upset about that room for a bit etc

Now hes drinking loads and I don't think its thirst he wants fruit shoots/diluted juice and will steal his baby sisters drink of water just to laugh and do it

He k ows when hes weed and pooped he doesn't do this with poop but at the moment hes drizzling a lot or starting a wee then running the loo

I feel like is it because he wants to drink more but is this a normal phase? How do I help

I was giving into thinking he was thirsty making his water bottle up with a little bit of squash but I think he just wanted the taste

Any tips or advice?

I think you need to get him checked for type 1 diabetes before saying he's not thirsty. It causes them to wee lots, which means they have to drink lots to replace the fluid, so don't restrict his drinks (although I would swap to plain water and no juice) until you've made sure that's not the case.

As above you need to get him checked
for T1 diabetes. Today.
