Nasal spray in baby’s eye!

Can anyone please help to reassure/ advise?

I have just used the Calpol Saline Nasal Spray on my 12 week old baby as she was sounding congested.
Whilst trying to do this, some of the spray went up into her right eye.
Are there any damaging effects from this?

Thank you!

It's completely fine. Saline means salt solution which is what eye drops are primarily made of

It’s fine
saline is only salt water

If it's just saline then that's fine - people use saline daily to clean their contact lenses.
