when she first began to get teeth through they were completely normal and healthy, suddenly at around 14 months they became arched and it was so sudden. I contacted my health visitor as I was really concerned and google was really scaring me ( it definitely wasn’t a trauma that caused the teeth to change ) I took her to the dentist and he was really confused, he asked about her development and said to contact my health visitor ( which I obviously already had ) he said the teeth were completely healthy despite the deformed appearance.
She’s now nearly 3 and although her front teeth are severely arched, I’ve had no concerns. 2 months ago she had a dentist appointment and was told she has completely healthy teeth, absolutely no concerns.
around 3 weeks ago a small part of her front tooth chipped off and I booked a dentist appointment, in this time the whole tooth has gone leaving just a chunk, she has an emergency appointment this week but I’m really concerned. I am really health focused and she definitely eats enough fruit, veg and I really try to steer away from any sugar as much as possible.
any ideas what this could be caused by?
