Normal nappy? trigger warning poo pic in message*

I’ve been breastfeeding and have moved over to formula over a month ago since LO turned 6 months. Her nappies have obviously changed but she’s also had constant nappy rash that I can’t get rid off. I’m not sure if her poo is normal either or if she has some sort of intolerance. Can someone help?

Unless she has been ill recently (ill or teething) then I would say reaction to either formula or food.
