Solo parent with a dose of the flu - tips?

I am on my own with 2 kids, 7 and 5. I felt a bit rough with cold yesterday afternoon, thought nothing of it and went to bed after the kids fell asleep. I have woken up today, well, at 3am with either a very awful cold or the flu.
I don't have much help at the mo. Grandparents who would drop everything to help have just jetted off. My main moral support SIL and sister have their own jobs and kids of similar ages.

The kids dad lives a bit away and his car is legitimately off the road with major repair needed.

Any tips for getting through the day solo whilst unwell please? I'm never normally sick. I think I had a virus once when the 7 year old was a baby at nursery, but very little since.

I've taken paracetamol and had a hot shower to deal with the chills.
Silver lining is it's a school day I suppose.

Let them have as much screen time and TV as you need them to have, to get you through.
