Potty training and nursery

First time potty training so just after some advice!
my daughter is 2.5 and since Thursday just seems to have cracked potty training off her own back really, will say when she needs a wee, worn pants since Thursday with only 1 accident when out in the garden and distracted.
my main worry is obviously we’ve only had a couple of days of this and she goes to nursery on Monday - I don’t want to send her in a nappy and send her backwards but I’m also so worried she’ll be too distracted or shy to say she needs a wee and will have loads of accidents that make her upset. Not sure what to do for the best?
she also has a 1hr nap at nursery which she doesn’t have at home and I don’t think she would stay dry in this. Wish we had more time at home to crack it before I send her but also think we would inevitably have to go through this at some point anyway, any advice appreciated :)

Send her in pants with lots of spare changes. Let the staff know. Make sure she knows where the toilet is. They will remind them frequently. Its very normal. Don't confuse her with nappies. Don't forget spare changes of shoes too...

Send her in pants with spare clothes and talk to the nursery staff - they’ll be pros. They look after kids this age for a living and will be very good with training.

get her crocs for potty training - easy to clean and put back on after any accidents

They will have done this loads of times with the children so won't be expecting her to be perfect straight away!

Agree with PP, send loads of spares and ask carers to take her regularly. DD wore a nappy for her nursery nap because it was for sleeping, like at night, which she understood

Agree with PPs, she had made great progress so it's better for her to move forward. Lots of changes including socks! Make sure you have a very open relationship with her carer and they will remind her frequently to go. She might have a few bad days and that's ok too. She will get there.

Thanks so much for the advice :)
she’s gone to nursery today with her travel potty or what she calls her ‘work bag’ 😂and a full wardrobe of trousers, pants, socks and shoes!!
fingers crossed!

They will be very experienced with potty training at nursery. Send her in pants with plenty of spares.
