Our little one is 5 weeks old and we're struggling to ascertain whether she's showing general fussy / newborn behaviour or something more is going on!
Some of the symptoms we've been struggling with;
- Gas issues. Really struggles with wind.
- Poos. I think her most recent one looks a little mucus-y. Picture attached, sorry! She poos once a day.
- Yesterday evening she cried/screamed for about 1.5 hours immediately after each feed. She doesnt cry as much after feeds during the day.
- Baby acne (confirmed by doctor). We saw a tongue tie specialist who thought it could be a rash. Sometimes it does get redder after she's eaten.
- Hoarseness - she can sound very hoarse and congested, especially when feeding but this can last all day. We've tried the Frida nose thing but nothing comes out.
She doesn't have much spit up but does have 'bubbles' around her mouth - thinking silent reflux perhaps.
Shes on Hipp organic formula.
