From recollection at 13 months
~8-9am breakfast (when we got up)
10.30am 5 Oz formula followed by 30-60 minutes nap - bottle and nap dropped between 13 and 14 months
12pm lunch
1.30pm 5 Oz formula followed by 1.5-2h nap
3.30pm occasional snack
5.30pm dinner
8pm 8oz formula bed time
1am 3oz formula
4 3oz formula - only a couple of times a week

My daughter probably only ate at 1 or 2 of the meals. She was slow to wean but also hadn't been gaining weight so still needed the formula so we tried to make sure she had food first.

@Superscientist Thank you for this! My girl isnt a big eater to be honest am still struggling with this with her, she tends to refuse spoon feeding but if I give her solids to eat herself it gets thrown on the floor or just played with even though shes hungry. I just feel like fitting everything in feels like a big rush all the time too I dont feel like am getting to enjoy actually spending time with her😔

6.30-7am wake
7.15 breakfast
9am - cup of milk
9.30-11am nap (but I think this is about to go as almost ready to drop morning nap)
12.30 lunch
3pm ISH cup of milk
Quick nap (sometimes in car/pram)
5.30 dinner
6.30 bottle of milk
6.45 bedtime wind down
7.15-7.30 asleep

Baby wakes at night once or twice but we shush-pat to get back to sleep

I think the nap is going to move to immediately after lunch and lunch will need to be at 11.45 to fit it in.

Moving from bottles to a cup (miracle 360) has cut down milk drinking, I make sure I give yoghurt, milk or cheese with every meal to make up for it.

14 months. We have 2 schedules because she is on the way to dropping morning nap. So it's:

Day 1:
4:45 - wake up & milk

7 am - breakfast

9:30 - 30 minute nap

12:00- lunch

12:30 - nap (2 hours) + maybe a snack when she wakes up

16:45 - dinner

19:00 - bed

Day 2 with no morning nap

4:45 wake up and milk

7am breakfast

11am lunch

11:30 nap for 2 hours(sometimes with snack on waking)

16:00 dinner

18:00 bed

I always do an evening walk with pushchair after dinner. Bath time I tend to do in the morning unless she's really grubby because it wakes her up rather than calms her down

From what I remember ours was roughly...

Wakeup 5.30-6ish
Breakfast 7am
Morning nap 10-11
Lunch 12ish
Afternoon nap 2-3
Dinner 5ish
Bed with a big bottle of milk 7pm

Also - mine kept 2 short naps until about 19/20 months!
