Help! Losing my mind ! 7 year old wetting again

My DS is 7 years old and has recently started wetting his pants again.
it’s not all the time but frequent enough. It’s not a full week but it’s enough it leaves a little patch.
still dry at night and most days.
no changes in home or school life.

tried having the discussion with him we’re not getting anywhere and now his 4 year old brother has joined in as he heard me talking about it I think.

i feel like I’m the only one in the world that has a 7 year old that wets. And I have no one to talk to it about as I don’t have any friends either.

Normally I would say check with the GP that there is no infection present, however if both of your children have started having urinary accidents you need to look very clearly at who they spend their time with and try to work out what’s prompted this change in behaviour
