Baby frustrated she can't walk

My 15 month old isn't walking yet, and she seems to be horribly frustrated not to be able to.
She stands and cruises around furniture, walks holding fingers, and can stand up on her own without holding on to anything.

I got her a walker about a month ago, and after two days of trundling it happily up and down, has decided she's terrified of it and won't go anywhere near it.

Any tips for getting her moving?

Frustration is what will get her walking. My son only walked independently at 18 months. In the end I sat on the floor one side of the room dad on the other and we just encouraged him to take the few steps in between. Once he did that he was so chuffed with himself he walked round and round the kitchen island for about 20 minutes!
He’s a qualified personal trainer now so his ‘late’ walking has not impacted his abilities one bit.
