9 year old puberty - skincare?

While I've been keen to avoid starting her too early, my 9 year old daughter is really in need of starting gentle skincare - with puberty definitely underway, her skin is getting clogged and oily, and warm water and a flannel is not longer cutting it.

Could anyone recommend the best gentle brands to get her started please?
