Help! Does this look like scabies?

Hi we’ve just spotted what looks like three roundish looking scratches on my son’s neckline - weirdly where clothes collar rub against his skin. I’m panicking now that it might be scabies as it is in a line? Please help 🙏🏻

Scabies is more often in the folds of skin at least initially. Between fingers, groin for eg, so neck as a first place would be less common. It itches like absolute hell, is it itchy????
