How the hell do I cut my 14 MO's nails?

He used to be alright and sit reasonably still but now he snatches his hands away/crawls off etc. His toenails in particular are shocking.

I'm a single parent so no chance of anyone else helping.

Any tips?

Whilst he's asleep, after a bath so they are a bit softer.
