Weaning from swaddle

Hi all,
Having to get my little girl out of her swaddle as she has started rolling. I did buy a transition swaddle (love to dream) and was fine with one arm out but with two out my previously 12hr sleeper has been up every hour! I can no longer do one arm as she has started to roll.
anyone got any tips on coming out of the swaddle? Running low on energy!

Sorry to say it, had the same situation myself, but if she's started rolling then it's cold turkey and a period of crappy sleep until she gets used to it 😵‍💫

Do I dare ask how long it took until things got back to normal? 😅

Oh mine wasn't a 12 hour sleeper anyway so only a few nights 😅

God, I can't imagine having a baby who sleeps for that long! 😂

Cold turkey here too. Figured I'd rather have a few nights of crappy sleep Vs repeated episodes of crappy sleep.

Do you know why she's waking up? Is it the Moro reflex still or is she perhaps cold? I noticed my baby seemed a colder when I first transitioned her into an arms out sleeping bag so had to up the tog slightly

Once I'd upped the tog we were back to normal within a week.
