Off white tooth

My son, who will be 3 in June, bumped heads with another child around 3 weeks ago, the nursery mentioned slight bleeding from the gums but he wasn’t bothered and continued to play. I thought all was well, but yesterday we noticed one tooth has gone slightly /off white. I’ve read other threads, just wondering what the chances are of this fading? Kids are brutal these days, and worried for his start to school in a years time!

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

One of mine had quite a discolored tooth from 2 til 6 when it fell out. I just wanted to reassure you that hardly any other child mentioned it and we never made a big deal of it and their confidence was in no way affected. If it was mentioned they just explained how it happened and moved along, factual.
