How much milk before bed?

How much milk do you give your toddlers before bed? When is the time to start reducing it / stopping it altogether?
My LO is 2y2m and we are giving about 7oz/210ml but I'm worried it's too much - or does he need it for the calories / calcium / to stay full overnight?

Is your child overweight, is that why you’re worried it’s too much?

My ds is 12 and has just gone up to read in bed with half a cup of milk. It’s a nice bedtime routine soother even as they get older.

DD (2 next month) is a milk guzzler. I can’t get her four year old brother to drink any!

Nope he's 50th percentile, just wondered how much is too much! I think I remember reading somewhere that you reduce the milk at night when you're thinking about potty training but not sure when that will be.
