Baby Poo - is this normal?! **trigger warning - pic attached**

Hi Mums,

dirty nappy picture included in post

First time posting on here so please be kind. I have attached a picture of a dirty nappy, in the hopes of confirming if it looks normal or not.

I am a first time mum to a 6 month old. She is formula fed and a very happy and content baby.
my issue is her nappies. She has exclusively been on Aptamil pre-made bottles since birth. Over the last few weeks, I’ve noticed they’ve become quite loose and the smell is very pungent. She can sometimes poo as we are feeding her. It’s a miracle if the poo stays inside the nappy at the moment.
She has become increasing more windy and can get red blotches on her eyebrows during feeding.
I’ve been putting most things down to teething but my gut thinks there’s something wrong. She is very content and rarely cries though so perhaps I’m overly anxious!
Would be grateful for any advice.
(The pictures attached is of a much less wet one than she usually produces.)

Looks normal to me, but mine would have that colour and you could pour it out of the nappy.

Yes looks normal. Just like nappies I see all the time with mine!

Mine had nappies like this when she had a bit of a tummy bug. Would usually clear up after a few weeks.

Is the smell very vinegary? If so, she's probably teething.

Every child is different. It could be teething at that age. My little one began having loose poos within a few weeks of starting formula milk following breast feeding. But he also had projectile vomiting and blotches when feeding. After seeing a doctor he was changed onto a milk in which the proteins were broken down and it changed.

Is your child’s poo like this all the time? Have you started weaning, if so and it isn’t all the time, maybe keep a food diary to see if any foods may be triggering a bad stomach? But as I said, every child is different so it may be hard to find out what is causing it without slowing eliminating all aspects.

Thanks for everyone’s responses.
Her nappies are usually a lot runnier. To the point where there’s usually a liquid puddle that hasn’t absorbed.
I’m feeling stupid but is it obvious to decipher between a normal runny nappy and a diarrhoea one?

This is her nappy just now. She fed 20 minutes ago and pooed very quickly after.
Am I being overly concerned about the stringy bits?
